Ques. ASP vs PHP vs JSP

- I am going to create an web application for my own. I am little confused which one I should pick up as I am aware all three ASP, PHP and JSP. Which one I should pick up? or In which scenario I should pick ASP, which scenario PHP and which scenario JSP.
